During the 80s Boz Boorer played in various bands, the most succesful being The Polecats. After seeing the 80s finish as a recording engineer, he got the shout form Morrissey in 1991 to be his guitarist and musical director, a job he has held to this day. Boz also manage to do a stint with Adam Ant, touring and playing on the album “Wonderful”. He played on all of Morrissey’s albums since 1992 and has written quite a few songs too. The new album “Years Of Refusal” is due out in February 2008 and a full tour is imminent.
Boz Boorer uses Dean Markley’s VintageBronze Acoustic XL and the Flat Wound Electrics REG on his Gretsch White Falcon.
