Chris Iorio



Chris Iorio was born in a small town in upstate New York. He began playing guitar at the age of eight and has since played with greats such as Robben Ford, Sammy Hagar, and Jeff Carlisi (.38 Special) to name a few. His influences are Randy Rhoads, Ted Nugent, Jeff Carlisi, Slash, Paul Gilbert, Steve Vai, and Robben Ford. His musical education ranges from performing club dates and studio sessions as well as studying at the Academy for the Performing Arts where he flourished in a musical environment. Chris has a musical range from playing rock music to writing classical music and composing.

At 13, Chris was featured on National TV performing on CNN Live with Jeff Carlisi, performed with the Atomic Punks (the greatest Van Halen tribute band in the country), featured on Fox 5 News, NBC Nightly News, music newspapers such as Vegas Rocks and the Las Vegas Sun etc., and quoted in People Magazine. In 2005, at only 14, He was named the “Best Guitar Player” in Las Vegas when he won “Guitarmageddon” (Guitar Center's National Contest).

In the summer of 2006, he traveled to Atlanta and played and recorded on a song written by Jeff Carlisi, Liberty Devito (Billy Joel), and Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent).

Chris is the lead guitarist in rock band Adeltas Way, produced by Bryan Howse (Hinder, Nickelback, Avril  Levigne, Chris Daughtry, etc.), Kevin Churko (Ozzy, Mutt Lange) and Skidd Mills(ZZ Top, Saving Abel) to name a few.

Recently, after a year of hard work trying to recover from a falling out with Interscope Records, the band received numerous offers from major labels. In the end, Chris and the band signed with Virgin records and will be heading into the studio in early November.
