Joerg Stoeffel is recognized internationally as a highly acclaimed Session Guitarist, Producer, and Midi Programmer for Major Record companies, Production Houses, and Independent Artists.

Since his first live performance at age 11, Joerg has been honing his edgy style, which while versatile, is all his own. While earning his degree at the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, Joerg quickly became a household name both live and in the Studio. His credits included performances with major theatre productions like ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ and recording sessions with several top local artists such as ‘Clarence Thompson and the New Spirits’ and the rock fusion group ‘Jeng.’

Joerg relocated to Los Angeles in 1999 where he’s worked tirelessly ever since. He plays over 120 live performances per year in the US and Europe. Locally, you will find him performing with his power trio ‘The Joerg Stoeffel Group,’ ‘XUXJ,’ as well as with various other artists. His live and studio appearances include ‘DJ Lethal (Limp Bizkit), ‘Bilal’ (Interscope Records), ‘Jazz (Dru Hill),’ French artist Patje, Latin artist ‘Christian Gastro (BMG),’ ‘Rachel Scott,’ and ‘Miramax Movie Duplex.’ Other credits include appearances on commercial spots like ‘GMC,’ ‘Verizon,’ ‘Triamedic,’ and TV and Radio appearances on ESPN, TV 5, and Kiss FM Radio. Joerg has appeared at LA’s most prestigious venues such as The Staples Center, Highlands, The Roxy, and The House of Blues.

Joerg uses Dean Markley Blue Steel REG for his electric guitars, Alchemy GoldPhos Lt and Med for his Acoustic steel strings, and Electric 12-String REG for his Twelve string guitar.
