While still a grade schooler, Kenny Sultan fell in love with The Blues of Lightnin Hopkins and T-Bone Walker. Music so consumed him that he was graduated with honors from the Santa Barbara campus of the University of California, majoring in Music/Ethnomusicology. The hold that music had on Kenny inspired him to teach it on the university level and in workshops and seminars. He has also published three music books and three videotapes.

What does Kenny Sultan say about GoldPhos?
Alchemy GoldPhos are the only strings Ive played that actually seem to improve with age
Instead of getting old and tired like most strings, the Alchemy GoldPhos kick into overdrive after extensive use. Less time spent changing strings means more time playing. Now were talking!
The look and feel, let alone the sound, set the Alchemy GoldPhos apart from any string Ive ever played.
