Mark A. Walker, founder of MPM Productions, has worked with National Jazz and Gospel Recording Artist throughout the United States, such as Yolanda Adams, Shirley Ceasar, Gerald Albright, Lalah Hathaway, Bruce Parham,Vicki Winans, Steven Ford, Patti Austin, William Becton and Richard Smallwood and Vision.
In addition, his skills are featured on various national recordings such as Yolanda Adams Mountain High, Valley Low; Varitys WOW 1998 & 2000 Compilations; The Mighty Clouds of Joy It Was You; Live in Detroit, Pt 2 Woman to Woman with Vickie Winans; Karen Clark-Sheards 2nd Chance LP; William Bectons-William Becton live with Judah & B2K; Christmas with Shirley by Shirley Caesar, and Faith in the House live in Detroit with the Straight Gate Mass Choir featuring Bruce Parham and Vanessa Williams. And of coarse you cant forget his work with Richard Smallwood & Vision on Adoration, Healing, Live in D.C. Persuaded and Journeydue early 2007.
With the release of his his debut CD entitled Forever Yours, Mark took his career to the next level. He called together a couple of well known friends in the industry, to create a soulful blend of jazz tunes. This instrumental CD features songs that stir the hearts of music lovers everywhere.
Mark can currently be found in the studio mapping out his sophomore project as well as producing for some of todays top artists. Additionally, you can catch him on the road performing with extraordinary artists, Will Downing, and Richard Smallwood and Vision.
Mark plays Dean Markleys Blue Steel NPS ML. This is his all around string. The SR2000 MLs are the strings he uses for solo/studio work.
