Rain—The Beatles Experience

February 9, 1964: A Sunday night that would change the course of popular music, popular culture… and history—forever! Five young boys living in different parts of the US, along with their families, tuned into The Ed Sullivan Show to watch a group of four mop-topped Englishmen in dark suits who called themselves The Beatles. What they and millions of others around the country witnessed was a new and exciting brand of melodic, guitar-and-harmonies-driven rock ’n’ roll that was as infectious as it was original and unique.

All the boys were hooked and little did they know that some 20 years later they would themselves come together in a band, forging a career that would keep them together longer than The Beatles! All this while raising the bar for professionalism and preserving the legacy of the immortal band’s recorded music on stage to wildly enthusiastic audiences. These audiences span the generations, including the vast majority of older fans who never got to see The Beatles perform live, and fans who weren’t born yet when the Beatles hit America.

Steve Landes, Joey Curatolo, Joe Bithorn, Ralph Castelli and Mark Lewis—collectively known as Rain-The Beatles Experience, cover The Beatles from Ed Sullivan to Abbey Road via a multi-media, multi-dimensional concert experience. All the music and vocals are performed totally live in a note-for-note perfect performance. Critics and audiences around the world continue to praise their supreme musicianship and attention to detail.

Rain has been filmed for public television and their concert has been airing around the US.

Joey Curatolo and Joe Bithorn use Dean Markley’s
