Scott Fore grew up in Southwest Virginia, teaching himself to play the guitar and traveling extensively while performing. His first album was recorded in Paris France when I was 19.
This internationally recognized guitarist won the National Flatpicking Championships, which is held in Winfield Kansas each year as well as the Doc Watson guitar champion and the Wayne Henderson Champion of Champions.

Scott’s book/CD package, Flatpicking Solos, contains the arrangements that Scott has used in the many flatpicking contests he has won. It is available where ever music books are sold. Scott is currently in the process of writing his second book. He is also in the process of recording an instructional DVD and working on a solo CD called Sarah's Guitar. He recently finished recording a CD with Beausoleil guitarist David Doucet.
