Scott Lucas has been one half of Local H since 1993, when, after the departure of their bass player, he rigged his guitar with an extra bass pick up and the band soldiered on as a two-piece. Local H has released 6 albums since their major label debut in 1995. And alongside such hits as Bound for the Floor, High Fiving MF, Hands On the Bible, and California Songs, the duo is known for their monolithic sound and scorching, high energy live shows. Local H’s latest album is 12 Angry Months, and Scott Lucas’s solo debut, George Lassos the Moon, was released in February of 2010.
