Texas Gypsies

If you thought the Hot Club music couldn’t get any hotter, then you’d be wrong! Armed with a handful of jalapenos and healthy dash of Tabasco, The Texas Gypsies’ has got just the kick you need.

The Texas Gypsies are a very fun and unique band! Mixing the Gypsy Jazz Styles of Django Reinhardt and the Western Swing influence of Bob Wills along with adding a more current Pop writing style gives The Texas Gypsies a remarkable original approach that is hugely accessible to listeners some have dubbed the style “Euro-Tex”. Dexterous guitar and violin work can be heard throughout their music along with equal emphasis on well written original music!

Now four years later, The Texas Gypsies are an award-winning group that has a 200-shows-a-year calendar. Their dedication to music, which is lively and exciting, has gained them a healthy fan base that is addicted to their infectiously fun sound.

The band has released their 2nd CD “Cafe du Swing” on Twig Records!
