Tucker Sterling Jensen

Tucker Sterling Jensen was raised in the Minneapolis music scene. Equal parts Soul/R&B, Alternative/Punk, and Indie Hip Hop, the Twin Cities are a veritable goulash of styles and sounds.

Tucker displays his roots in these styles and in this city. And at 20 years old, he is a new face, but he is quickly rising to prominence as a touring and recording artist.

Since 2009, Tucker has played with the Ken Valdez Band. Running the gamut stylistically from Blues, to Latin, to Soul, to Rock, to Funk, they have the chops to do it all.

In 2008, Tucker and long-time friends Dustin McChesney and Andrew Wyers started the Minneapolis-based band CokeWolf. Drawing as much from the likes of Bad Brains as they do from The Who, they are crafting their own style and their own niche in the Minneapolis scene.

Tucker Sterling Jensen uses Dean Markley’s Blue Steel Bass
XM strings.
