e. town Concrete originally formed in 1995 when three life-long friends decided to get together in a basement and jam out. After playing in the underground nj hardcore scene for several years, e. town concrete released time to shine in 1998 on an independent label. The record gave the band a solid following and allowed them to tour for two years until their second record, The Second Coming, was released in 2000. After years of paying their dues, the band finally signed to razor and tie/BMG to release the renaissance in 2003. To this date, e. town concrete has sold over 30,000 copies of the renaissance and was included on last years Ozzfest, along with appearances on MTV2 and TV commercials on NBC for the Olympics. They are currently working on their next record.

What e. town concrete said about Dean Markley strings:
I love Dean Markley strings, man
theyre durable for my heavy hand and the tone stays even after a night of sweating all over them and my guitar!
