The String
You've got your Classical strings and you've got your better Classical strings.

Typical Ball End Nylon strings were created as a convenience to players who either didn't want to take the time to tie the ends of regular Classical strings, or… didn't know how to tie them. As a general rule, string companies used standard type (not hi-grade) classical strings, and then put the ball on.

At Dean Markley, like everything else we do, we decided to take it a step further, and make a really good Ball End Classical string. That's why players who prefer ball end strings use our Ball End Nylon. They ring true each and every time.

Try a set and you will see that a Ball End Nylon string set can sound really good. You bet!!
